Update for Yee Heng

Yee Heng now is 15 months old... Many peoples said he is tall at this age but we don't realize that. Anyway, he is still skinny as before. He is now superactive and creates headache to us as sometimes he will do dangerous thing.

It has been quite some time, i didn't download the photos from my camera. I think it is better for me to record down from time to time,, will be good for me to recall back in the future.

We had dinner at Island Red Cafe at Gurney together with Aunty during Depavalli holiday. Yee Heng was waiting for the food to be served. You see his short hair, I bought hair clipper to do it myself. The hair clipper costs RM60, sounds expensive.
This photo was captured at my wife's home town on 3 Oct. Yee Heng has chance to see animals in real. He was so excited to see the cat "miau miau"...

Yee Heng was in Jusco Hypermarket at Bandar Perda. Now he no longer sit on the stroller, but walking and running as he want. We have to chase him from shop to shop as he looked not scare of strangers. The photo showed him climb up the bench just wanted to touch the sticker.

We brought him to Botanical Garden during Hari Raya Holiday. We wanted him to enjoy and explored to the big garden, grass field and fresh air. He was running here and there, and first time see monkey in real. Hope he was enjoying all that...

About Penang Bridge

Last friday was the last working day before Raya, everyone was expecting worse traffic in Penang Bridge. Even myself felt a bit worry when I was about leaving office. Along the way leaving office, met few colleagues, their words was "hey, traffic sure jam in Bridge now, better stay in office". However, I was firmed to leave office no matter how, as my wife and I want to see Yee Heng earlier. Furthermore, it is long weekend holiday and feel happy when leaving office.

When I reached the bridge entrance from Bayan Baru, it was out of my surprise, no jam. The notice board showed take 15 mins to reach the other end. The traffic was unbelievable smooth, only jam when reach the other end to enter KL highway exit. I recalled the week before, it was smooth traffic in Penang bridge also.

As a resident in mainland, I really hope this situation will continue for the remaining days. And I really hope it is not because of during Puasa season. In fact, the bridge expansion really resolves the traffic congestion. By solving terrible traffic issue, it saves people's time and turn to more productive, less heat generation and pollution from car engine to air, save petrol usage and etc... There are tone of benefits that we know of. But why the problem only get resolved just today, why not earlier??

I wish governement, no matter BN or PR, need to solve people's major issue. Try as many as approach until the problem get resolved. I remember there was 1 time where stop, wait and go implemented in Penang bridge to reduce number of car reach the bottleneck at the same time. However, it failed but I don't see problem at least we tried. Thus, we shouldn't criticise but feel proud at least some effort been carried out. This is an good example I myself personally can feel the benefit. Let pray peoples in Penang, peoples in Malaysia have better tomorrow...

Sushi King The Big Bowl challenge

Sushi King is offering free meal challenge for month of Sept. The challenge is that if you can finish the big bowl of soba or udon noodle soup within 10mins, then you no need to pay. Else you have to pay RM38.80.

Last firday, we went to Sushi King at Auto City for dinner as we had a coupon yet to be used before expire. At first, I wanted to take up the challenge but after looking at the size of bowl and have to finish the soup as well, I have concern to finish it then.

In the middle of enjoying the sushi, suddenly my wife said you see got peoples take the challenge now at my back!!! Wow... 2 persons coming just to take up the challenge.
Guess can they beat the challenge?

After finish the last drop, he feel like vomiting, luckily not happen. I did ask him "do you feel full?" He said actually not really just he can 't stand with the taste of the soup.

Barney song

We were looking for Barney DVD for quite some times before my brother bought it.
We wanted to buy it because my collegues all recommended Barney, it is educational video from US, a very good video to kids.

Barney is a loveable purple dinosaur who comes magically to life and interacts with a group of children. I personally like the song show up at the end of every episode. It go this way:

A short break on Saturday

We had a short break of taking Yee Heng on Saturday. My wife and I went decided to go watch movie as I had 2 free tickets were going to expire soon. Mom was agreed to take care of Yee Heng if we wanted to go.

It has been long time, we never go out alone as well as watching movie. We went to GSC in Sunway Carnival and it was so relax moment for both of us. Since we not really prepare to watch any movie, I have selected Final Destination but don know why when I at the counter, I bought Unbelievable tickets. Actually, we were a bit regret to watch this movie, too bad. It was all my fault. Anyway, we enjoyed the relaxing moment :)

We did window shopping a while after the movie. We decided to eat Ramen at a restaurant in Bayu Mutiara. (I can't really recall the full name but something Autumn xxxx). Actually, we went there before as my wife like Miso Soup Ramen. Opps.... the shop was closed when we reached there. Thus, we just simply find a restaurant some where there.

We ordered 3 dishes (猪脚醋，酿豆腐，小白菜）with free soup. The 酿豆腐a bit special as the soup is made of bean sauce. Anyway, it was too pricy when I paid the $$.

Car Key

I can't find my car key when wanted to go out for lunch yesterday. Yes, I had no idea where the key was? I found all the possible locations that I used to put. I called up mom to see whether she got accidentally take my car key. She said no, she even can't find it since last night when she wanted to lock my car.

She said Yee Heng was playing last night and since then she never see the key. We spent almost 1 hour ++ to find it in every single places that we suspect Yee Heng would put it, from ground floor to upstair, living room, cabinet, bedrooms, boxes, kitchen and etc... we failed to find it. When I almost ran out of idea where the key, starting get reckless and think "where is the key??, it shouldn't be out of this house".

At the time both of us said "no energy, tired, tired and tired...", my wife suddenly saw the key was inside the gap between TV rack and stack of newspaper. Yes, it was inside the gap in between. Besides the key, we found another "thing" that my wife gave him to play. I think he maybe want to keep the stuffs for himself. Anyway, this is my suspicious. Will see what are the things missing and can locate it there next time!!!

It was 3.xxpm when we found the key, we were very hungry at that time. We cancelled the original lunch plan but go to other place to have out lunch. Sometimes, things will not go per plan...
